PICTURES!!!! (yay!)


This was taken at a monastary in Delhi on the first day. It was a quadrangle of red brick. Pidgeons clustered in the center of area. Children took innocent pleasure and scaring them and so they fluttered and flapped all over the place. Which is what you can see.

Yes folks, it is Wally (AKA funny wallnut). This is a gift given to me by Book. He wanted pictures of the wallnut at every place of interest that i visited. Unfortunately this is out of focus but Wally visited Red Fort in Delhi... Red Fort is HUGE.

This is Dal Lake in Srinigar. Yes all you post-modernists, i know it is a sunset and "how lame" but it was seriously beautiful. You have to appreciate the vastness of this lake, it extends right to the mountains.

So we went on a tour of the lake on a Shikara (boat). And we bought some 'sweets' from "Mr Delicious (sorry i don't have a picture of his boat, but he was called Mr. Delicious). Included were some chocolate covered wallnuts.. (wallnuts are huge in Srin). So Wally was hanging with his homeys..

He then felt slightly peckish and ate his dawg friend. I cannot believe i just used Black slang in proper sentences.. it just sounds ridiculous.. hehe.

This is what is looks like. I love this photos of the reflection in the water. And don't forget that mountains surrounded us.
