Okay i got it wrong, the guy I thought was attractive in the court room was actually another lawyer. this is promising because:
a) I'm not attracted to law breakers (okay well ONE law breaker in this case who actually looks like Benjamin Bratt which I'm sure you will remember as Bullocks love interest in Miss Congeniality (okay so B.Bratt is v. cute but this guy looks a little.. hard)
b) I am actually just attracted to a lawyer, respectable and all.
c) High percentage that he is Jewish

On the down side, he is probably like 45 and married and just keeps his skin looking good because he makes so much money he can afford facials (to which he burns the evidence in case any one took him to court for indecent male behaviour).

On the up side of that he may be interested in having a mid-life crisis and wanting to look for some "adventure" outside the marriage.

On the down side of that he probably would end up divorcing his wife, not for me, and taking everything from her in the legal proceedings because he is a lawyer etc. and then his kids won't be able to afford Bettina Liano jeans unless they suck up to their father which in turn would create some really bad Electra Syndrome .

On the up side of that, I would probably be the same age as his kids, thereby ensuring that if i couldn't get him, at least i could increase my social network.

Ooookay.
